Account Manager/Recruiter

Nexstaf is looking for dynamic and results driven self-starters to join our recruitment team to fulfill external clients recruitment requirements from start to finish.

You will utilize a wide variety of approaches to source candidates from website advertising, searching job boards to direct approaching and networking.

Your role will be to manage individual recruitment campaigns on your clients or co-workers behalf sourcing candidates, presenting short listed applicants for review, managing the selection process right through to offer stage.

Experience required:

  • At least 1 - 2 years of solid recruitment experience, gained either in-house preferably for an IT Services based organization or for a leading recruitment consultancy environment.
  • Broad knowledge of the IT recruitment marketplace, the key companies, trends, key individuals and be able to utilize this knowledge in-house.
  • Comfortable speaking with senior level executives
  • E-recruiting experience and using recruitment specific software is of particular importance.
  • A background in Account Management/Sales would be advantageous.
